OneStaff New Plymouth is the leading supplier of temporary and permanent staff to a number of industrial and commercial based clients in the Taranaki region.

Our Client is a well-established electrical company with their head office in New Plymouth. They currently have a vacancy to fill for an experienced administrator in their busy office in New Plymouth. This position is temporary but may be ongoing for the right person.

The Role

To succeed in this role, you will have the following

Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking administration role

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Ability to meet deadlines

A strong customer service focus

Time management

Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must

An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues

Willingness to learn new things, and happy with change as they are in the process of changing software programs

We are looking for applicants who are available immediately for training. Hours of work would be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with a half hour break.
