People and Culture Advisor

Fixed-term job opportunity

Central Auckland

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join the team. This is a fixed-term contract until March 2023. This job will give you the opportunity to work in a mixed space, majorly in recruitment followed by Advisory and Employee Relations.

You will have the following responsibilities

Managing end-to-end recruitment

Support and coaching managers

Maintain all employee documents

Review and introduce wellbeing

Assisting with different projects

Enhancing Employee engagement

Key Requirements for this role

Experienced in house Recruitment/ HR operations

Knowledge/Understanding of Legislative requirements

Good relationship management skills

Creative and innovative thinker with excellent communication skills

Highly organised with attention to detail

Passion for the hospitality industry.
