The People & Capability Manager is a newly created role to grow a championship team.Responsible for the HR function, People Leadership, Communications and Employer Branding.

To be successful in this role you will need strong experience in the following areas

HR strategy, leadership and delivery

Operational and process design

Communications (internal/external)

Employer branding

Organisational Culture building
