About the Role
Put simply you’ll be developing a pro-active relationship with key clients, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and goals whilst ensuring both internal and external process support these needs and goals. A full PD is available.
About You
You will have a good level of experience operating in a warehousing/logistics/supply chain environment, working independently without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Client Management experience and managing people, and/or Warehouse Management with significant Client responsibility and exposure
Transport Management with significant Client responsibility and exposure to both 3PL and client management experience
Results driven, with strong commercial acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Background of sound experience operating in a multi-tasking environment
Ability to be self-directed and to lead/mentor others
Experienced in conflict resolution and negotiation
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Project management skills and methodology
Confident decision making
Continuous improvement mindset
Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong networking skills with the ability to develop existing and new relationships
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Tertiary qualifications desirable (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business)
