Our Client is a reputable medical supply company providing products & services to Orthopaedic, Spine, Neuro, Robotics, Plastics, Biologics and Sports Medicine practitioners in New Zealand and Australia. With over 20 years’ experience they take pride in partnering with healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service in and out of the operating theatre.

This is a sole charge role responsible for all NZ administration, logistics and warehousing operations. A great opportunity to develop and make this role your own!

Role

Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of all office and warehouse operations.

Supervise and coordinate the successful undertaking of all office and warehouse administrative duties and procedures.

Ensure a high level of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Responsibilities

Organise and supervise all office administrative duties including supplies & stationery, processing of mail, payment of relevant bills and invoices.

Conduct regular maintenance inspections of premises and coordinate with relevant parties regarding repairs and resolutions.

Liaise with and manage contract/price negotiations with office vendors, service providers & office lessor including those for cleaning, catering and security.

Work in conjunction with Operations GM to develop, implement and monitor compliance with all office and warehouse-based processes and procedures.

Coordinate with the IT Department on all issues related to office equipment.

Assist with office induction with all new staff.

Assist with planning of in-house & external staff functions.

Customer service duties including processing orders, data entry, bookings and other administration duties when required.

Role Requirements

Previous experience in administration, operations or logistics.

Experience implementing operational processes.

Knowledge of warehousing operations and stock control.

Knowledge of warehousing operations and stock control.

Exposure to hospital practices advantageous.

Proficiency in Accpac.

Problem solving skills.

Intermediate MS Office Skills.

High standard of interpersonal skills, including supervisory skills.
