About the Role

Reporting into the GM of Sales the National Account Manager will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of customer management for grocery and pharmacy head office accounts through

Effective management of customers to achieve targeted outcomes through strong interpersonal relationship building skills

Ability to develop insight driven growth plans to engage customers in our growth journey

Timely analysis of internal and category data sources to identify trends and proactively make changes to actively target opportunities and mitigate risks

Thriving on the challenge of working with different customers in an agile, fast paced environment to unlock and achieve growth

This is a dynamic senior national account role that requires someone who can leverage head office & store level relationships through understanding our trade promotional levers, negotiating, and using insights to build growth plans.

About You

You will currently be in a Key Account Manager position within an FMCG supplier looking to step into an extremely dynamic and fast-paced business. You will be a strategic and commercial sales professional with a head for numbers and a passion for delivering commercially successful outcomes. This is an excellent chance to broaden your grocery experience and look after alternate accounts as well as further developing your category and shopper data skillsets.
