Are you an experienced medical Administrator/Receptionist or someone with general administration/reception experience and looking to move into the medical sector? An excellent opportunity has arisen to assist a busy private clinic located in Remuera. This role is full time hours Monday to Friday. This role has the potential to be longer term with possible permanent opportunities in the future.
You will be working with a small but supportive team and the office is on the public transport route and walking distance from the Newmarket Train Station.
Meet and Greet of Patients coming in for clinics
Fielding phone calls
Updating details and making bookings
Following up on aged accounts
Helping with banking
Other adhoc duties as required.
To be considered you would ideally have
Proven medical or general administration experience
Intermediate to advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Good accuracy and the ability to work comfortably with numbers
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
