About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager positions are responsible for the strategic positioning and development of their respective category portfolio. This includes the full product lifecycle from Innovation through to SKU rationalisation. The Marketing Manager is a champion for consumer and market insights, and a key conduit for the markets to accelerate growth with a test and scale mindset. Working closely with the global market teams including USA, China, Korea, Japan, SE Asia, and EMEA, you will ensure the markets have what they need to win on the ground, as the consumer is at the heart of everything we do.
You will come with significant experience in FMCG Marketing, ideally with experience with natural products, health and wellbeing, and purpose-driven brands. You will have a global mindset, through international experience, and working with different markets and consumers around the world. You will come with the ability to develop portfolio and positioning strategies for multiple channels including digital and offline. You will demonstrate working confidently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of successful performance, innovation and growth.
