Based in Ponsonby, this role offers a flexibility in terms of working from home and start and finish times.

About the Role

Reporting to the Brand and Communications Lead, sitting at the core of all marketing and communications activities (with support from a junior Marketer) and working closely with key internal stakeholders.

You will be tasked with broad marketing and communications functions that includes strategic development and implementation and working on digital and video focused activity.

You will also lead all campaign development, platform management including working closely with agencies to look after Hubspot and Eventbrite platforms.

Other digital responsibilities include social media management and website management – ensuring this is tracking correctly and general oversight of daily admin and execution of tasks.

Excellent copy writing skills are mandatory for this role. This includes both a creative eye for all PR activity and internal communications activity and development.

You will also need to be involved in the Seminar Programme and be across implementation and improvement for regional and local activity.

About You

You will be ready to start later in December or within the first couple of weeks in January.

You will have proven marketing and communications experience, be hands on and creative with solid experience in the services sector - ideally in the financial services area but not essential.

Digital experience is a must – including software and systems, and social media!

You will be a natural storyteller and you will have a well-developed writing capability. Ability to write client communications from scratch as well as edit technical pieces when necessary. You will have experience creating engaging and compelling comms with proven results/feedback.

You are resilient to high pressure and able to deliver to tight deadlines while simultaneously maintaining high quality stakeholder engagement.
