About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager and working within the marketing team function, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel B2C/B2B marketing campaigns from strategy/brief to production, implementation and optimisation. This includes

Writing effective briefs to engage key media and advertising agency partners

Building project timelines for campaigns and deliver activities to the agreed timeline and budget.

Updating marketing calendar and then reporting effectiveness of all campaign activity

Co-ordinating and delivering marketing communications and collateral for trade marketing purposes

Commercial acumen, conceptual thinking and a strategic mindset is crucial to the success of the role. Plus, an awesome attitude and great energy to work with a bunch of fantastic internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You will be an experienced Campaign Manager or Marcomms Manager (perhaps a Senior Marcomms Exec looking for the next step) with experience managing end to end marketing campaigns with a focus on brand and acquisition. You will be self-managing as well as enjoy the buzz of working collaboratively with a team.

This is a TTL role so experience working in these channels is required.

This is a customer centric organisation, so it is imperative that you understand how best to communicate to customers in an engaging and innovative way.

This is a close-knit team, and they are looking for someone with a positive and can-do attitude, who enjoys collaboration but has the ability to get on with the task at hand autonomously. You will be down to Earth and driven. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally

You might be from an agency or marketing background and have experience within retail or the services sector along with these more technical skills

Proven track record of running integrated marketing campaigns

Experience within retail marketing and both B2C and B2B ideal

Experience within retail marketing and both B2C and B2B ideal

Ability to develop creative briefs and manage complex campaigns and internal/external stakeholders

Manged and attend shoots

Strong written and verbal communication skills
