We are currently recruiting a Primary Care Operations and Logistics Coordinator to work within a team that is supporting the primary care COVID-19 response. This is a fixed term contract that will see you through to March 2022, with potential for this to extend further to June 2022.

The Role

Supporting operations and logistics coordination for the Primary Care team

Providing guidance and support with regard to service set-up, development and design of services

Work with the Operations and Logistics Lead to ensure all service providers have the required staff in place to ensure each service is able to meet its required deliverables safely

Ensure the required data is provided by the service providers within the required timeframes to enable it to be used to support decision making or to enable any concerns to be identified ASAP

Ensure specific projects, as and when required, are managed within required timeframes


Previous experience in logistics coordination role

Excellent organsisational skills

Comfortable working in a high pressure environment where no two days are the same

Intermediate MS office skills

Flexible to jump in and help out wherever needed
