About the Role

Reporting into the People & Capability Manager, you will be part of a highly knowledgeable and motivating team consisting of Managers, Business Partners, Senior Business Partners and Recruitment Specialists. All on this new journey together, you will be responsible for

Supporting the People & Capability Manager with advice and qualified information for the new Learning and Training strategy for 2022 and beyond

Executing that strategy by working closely with the senior management team, understanding each team’s specific requirement and support the learning needs of each team

Partnering with key stakeholders to deep dive into each teams specific learning requirements to ensure you are utilising the right tools and methodologies

Identifying appropriate courses and external facilitators for the organisation

All administration involved in the coordination of training and learning – for example coordinating rooms, diaries, venue bookings, liaison with external suppliers

Supporting people leaders with tools to succeed, and assisting with tracking the development of staff, succession planning

Becoming a subject matter expert on the training tool

You hold a tertiary qualification in adult learning or training and development

You have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role

You are confident with facilitation and engaging an audience

You are confident with facilitation and engaging an audience

You are a natural rapport builder, working across multiple different stakeholders, with varying ways of working

You have previously been exposed to requesting government grants for learning and development

You are flexible and able to adapt to various ways of working

Are self organised, diligent and task driven, utilising all of the tools on offer to you to ensure a smooth approach to coordination
