Our client is a nationwide organisation providing an absolutely essential service. They now require an experienced, innovative and self-motivated Auckland based Inventory Manager, to play a pivotal role in their Supply Chain function.
About the Role
The successful candidate will take on a key management position within the organisation’s supply chain structure. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be in charge of ensuring absolute accuracy and operational efficiency in all things inventory, across the country. This will be a strategic role, looking at process and being very involved in continuous improvement initiatives. Managing and working with the Inventory Assistant to ensure all inventory objectives are being met.
You’ll be a detail orientated, innovative and experienced Inventory Manager looking for a new challenge - one where you will be making a real difference to kiwi lives. You’ll be data driven and able to analyse and inform decisions which will continually improve service and operations. Excellent communication, systems savviness (advanced excel too), self-motivation and a collaborative approach to how you work will all be essential. Experience dealing with perishable inventory in a highly regulated environment will be the icing on the cake for this one.
