About the Role

The International Market Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of international customer orders for various countries around the world.

This includes placing orders, documentation, dealing with the warehouse and freight forwarders. You will build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the supply chain process.

Customer management is key to make sure they are ordering product and initiating brand building activity in market according to plan. This is a customer-focused role that is ultimately key to driving profitable growth of the company’s brands in international markets.

About You

Having started your career in supply chain administration, you have developed fantastic collaboration and coordination skills to deliver the highest level of customer service.

Proactive account management is your natural style, not sitting & waiting for orders to arrive.

You are passionate about building a brand globally.

Furthermore, you are articulate and efficient in your work, bringing frontline confidence.

Ideally you will demonstrate the following

Tertiary qualification in international business/marketing

Relevant export/logistics/supply chain experience

Preferably FMCG/branded consumer goods background, or market development experience is desirable

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Attention to detail, methodical and systems savvy

Analytical and strategic thinker

Financial acumen
