About the Role

The role is primarily responsible for establishing enduring and profitable growth for the company’s brands across North Asia – specifically Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. The role reports through to the International Director and sits within International Key Accounts team. You will effectively manage the relationships, and ensure the distributors are provided with efficient recommendations and support regarding the product portfolio. This role will drive sales and margin growth of Endeavour owned brands in assigned international geographies through strategic account planning and management. Responsible for building strong business partnerships, executing strategic business initiatives and increased ranging and distribution, achieved through engaging all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We are seeking an individual from the FMCG industry with international account management, support, or coordination experience. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate examples of working with distributors in international markets. You may also have local account management experience and be looking to broaden your experience within international markets.

You will need to display

Tertiary qualification in business. International business &/or Marketing related is desired.

Relevant business, consumer products sales, or market development experience. Specific FMCG International sales experience is desirable.
