About the role

Our client is looking for an intermediate development manager to join the team. You will be working closely with senior development managers in the identification of high-density residential projects and the successful management of those projects right through to sales and marketing.

This is a full lifecycle development management role which would perfectly suit an ambitious property analyst ready for a step up, or an experienced project manager who is looking to move into development.

Land procurement and development

Planning and design of new developments

Cost and budget management

Overseeing the construction phase

Liaising with various stakeholders – internal and external

Risk management

What are we looking for?

Significant experience in the construction and property industry

Solutions-focussed with a creative approach to problem solving

Highly analytical and great with numbers

Knowledge of master planning & design, resource consent processes

Good understanding of NZ building legislation

Good understanding of NZ building legislation

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or similar
