About the Role
The Homestar ratings recognises homes that provide better quality living than a standard home and gives a rating.
The role is responsible for ensuring all redevelopment designs meet Homestar requirements, by either completing a Homestar Design Assessment or coordinating with external assessors to achieve 6* rating.
The role is accountable for accurate tracking and providing Homestar instructions to the Construction Team to meet C&I strategic objectives and delivery targets.
Homestar Assessor or Practitioner qualification desirable
Demonstrated industry experience
Ability to analyse and interpret relevant Kāinga Ora documentation that relates to the work undertaken and contractual roles of responsibilities
Confidence and sound technical knowledge to engage with professional peers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results
