About the Role

Reporting into the CEO, the Head of Sales & Marketing position sits on the Executive team and is a key leadership role focused on growing the Fronde business across New Zealand & Australia. You will lead a team of 10 people (BDM’s, Solutions Consultants, Sales Support & Marketing) and be responsible for creating and executing the Fronde sales strategy to achieve new business, revenue, profit, and brand awareness targets.

This role will drive the development of go-to-market offerings and ensure that both existing and prospective customers understand the value of Fronde. The role owns the End-to-End lifecycle of sales and marketing activities and manages the consulting team who provide the technical expertise needed for consulting-oriented pre-sales and sales activities.

Key to success in this role will be

Developing and leading a high performing and collaborative team

Working collaboratively with the Delivery teams to develop new business from existing and new customers, and to jointly ensure a seamless experience for the customer from pre-sale through to delivery

About You

We are looking for a highly intelligent and ambitious sales leader and people manager with significant experience selling technology solutions to Enterprise & Government customers. You will ideally have the following

A proven people leader with the ability to inspire, coach and develop talent (including technical talent)

Have a growth mindset – Someone who enjoys getting out, building partnerships and has a track record in scaling a business

Specialised experience in software sales, licensing, and service development

A strong analytic, business and storytelling approach to put Fronde’s services into different contexts

Able to be strategic and operational with a strong customer focus

Technically credibility to be able to have conversations with CIO’s etc
