About the Role

The Group Commercial Finance Manager is a key member of the Hynds Finance Leadership Team. This role sits as the key leader and Team Manager of for all aspects of business partnering within the entire group. As such, you will immerse yourself within multiple areas of the business and taking a proactive approach on performance improvement strategies.

As part of a highly complex role, your role will comprise of

Presenting analysis of both financial, and non-financial, indicators of group performance

High-level performance management to deliver commercial outcomes

Planning, budgeting and forecasting

Development of business intelligence content

Excellent people and stakeholder management

About You

Quite simply, you’re a superstar who has produced excellent work in senior commercial, business partnering or FP&A roles previously. You possess a keen eye for commercial opportunities and an innate ability to engage and influence stakeholders in all areas of a business. Preferably you would also have some of the following

Experience in a high transactional volume/product sales business

Experience working with a large corporate ERP

Exte nsive c C ommercial and analytical financial leadership experience

A proven ability identifying possible, and executing on, improvements to the status quo

Highly proficient written and verbal communication
