About the Role

As a Graduate Sales & Account Manager, you will be part of a team that drives sales and implementation of the M2X software to carriers.

This role will be responsible for all sales activities, which includes maintaining existing client relationships and identifying opportunities with new clients and managing the sales cycle from start to completion.

In addition to this, you will also be required to provide implementation and testing for carriers, therefore, love for technology is key!

The day to day of your role will be as follows

Manage existing client relationships to ensure clients are obtaining value from M2X product

Platform demonstration to new customers

Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide insight into new features and benefits

Investigate and resolve client enquiries, or escalate to the engineering team if required

Prospect for new business, and manage the sales cycle from start to finish

This role will have you to visit clients located in various parts of New Zealand, therefore flexibility to travel is required.

About You

To be successful in this role, we look for someone who is customer centric and can build rapport quickly.

This role would suit someone who is keen to get their foot in the door working within the SaaS industry and has an interest in technology.
