Opportunity to join an organisation on a 12 month Fixed Term contract leading a new era of collective thinking, insight and action in health. They leverage the combined scale of the NZ Health system to create value, equity and insights for their customers.
The purpose of the role is to lead and deliver the People Strategy for 2022-23 whilst effectively leading a significant change and transition, and has potential to become permanent.
The purpose of the position is to develop and oversee the execution of company-wide people and communications strategies, ensuring best practice management and execution. Manage and lead the people and engagement teams ensuring they are effectively partnering with the business and supporting BAU and continuous improvement initiatives. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting direct to the Chief Executive, the role will also work across the company helping to develop and drive organisational strategy and business improvement initiatives.
