About the Role
The position of Financial Planning & Analysis Lead sits alongside the Financial Controller and reports directly into the CFO. This role will be as substantial and complex as you make it, and you will have a license to immerse yourself within all areas of the business. There is a critical need for a keen commercial eye to develop intricate knowledge across the business, and explore both business and process improvement opportunities. You will influence the corporate strategy and ensure data-driven output that enables company success. You will be critical to decision support and provide quality analysis, insights and advice to the Executive Leadership Team. This role provides an excellent opportunity, and facilitates a fantastic move, for someone keen to take a step into a growth business.
You’re self-motivated and highly driven with a passion for commercial solutions. You are likely an experienced business partner or are stepping out of a strong business advisory, corporate finance, or auditrole. Ideally, you’re an articulate communicator with an innate ability to earn buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. If you have experience in manufacturing, FMCG or a high-growth business – that experience will hold you in great stead, but isn’t completely necessary if you fit the rest of the bill.
