Our client, based in Otahuhu, is currently looking for an accomplished and highly organised EA or Senior PA to start ASAP. This is temporary assignment that will keep the successful candidate busy for the next 4-6 weeks possibly longer working for a large health organisation.

Working in a highly pivotal role within the organisation, you will be acting as the right hand person for a busy GM and Nursing Director and therefore this role requires someone who is unflappable and approachable.

The ideal candidate needs to be very confident in their abilities and must possess

A qualification in a relevant field such as a business related tertiary qualification, either law or communications with a high level of demonstrated literacy

2+ years’ experience working in an executive environment and providing executive support to a senior manager

Strong understanding of the workings and functions of a public body including policy, strategy, governance, democracy and statutory requirements

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to compile reports and documentation

Confident with a genda preparation and minute taking experience at Board level

A flair for complex diary management

The ability to ensure the managers are ready for whatever occurs in their day

Experience o rganising travel, accommodation, flights, meeting agendas, minutes and briefing

Excellent communication skills, dealing with a wide variety of people at all levels

The ability to remain calm and level headed under pressure

This role is ever-changing so you would need to be very hands on assisting with whatever is required. You will be working within the health sector in a role where you can really make a difference.
