About the Role

In this role you will Provide administration support to Executive and Senior Management, including travel, diary and email management, office administration, system management, meeting coordination and event coordination.

General office/ facilities management

Scheduling and organising of meetings

Booking and coordinating travel and accommodation

Provide general administrative support to the NZ Senior Management team.

Project administration and support which involves documenting the outcomes of projects and assisting with proposals and reports for the team.

About You

You will have the ability to take initiative and problem solve

You will have worked in a team administrator/ senior administrator role and be seeking a step up or a new challenge

You will have superior written and verbal communication skills

You will have excellent time management skills

You will have the ability to work independently and within a team
