Experienced Executive Assistant required to support a GM for a large government organisation. This temporary role, with permanent opportunity, will have exposure to the wider organisation.

ASAP – beginning March, with permanent opportunity

$40-45 per hour + 8% holiday pay

Auckland CBD location (work from home during lockdown)

The role

You will provide full support to an open-minded, forward thinking, and busy GM of Customer Experience. This is a fast-paced position where proactivity, adapatability and self-motivation are essential. Ensuring the daily smooth running of the office, duties will include but are not limited to

Preparation and drafting of reports and documents

Diary management, logistics and organisation assistance

Coordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, and minute taking

Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships

About you

With prior experience in EA positions, you will be adaptable to picking up projects where needed and managing multiple priorities. Key skills and attributes include

Flexible, approachable, and efficient

Positive demeanour and good energy

Comfortable with Microsoft suite and technically savvy

Competent communicator with all levels of management

Strong attention to detail and highly accurate
