About the Role

This is an exciting role, where you will be required to keep up the pace with ever-growing digital interactions and CX expectations. Responsibilities include: create performance tracking, identify improvement areas, recommend SEO opportunities, create reporting an dashboards, collaborate with UX/UI designers and content creators to identify and solve customer issues.

About You

We are looking for a specific skill set for this position, namely

Tertiary qualified, ideally in analytics

Exposure to Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and SEO knowledge preferred

Experience in a digital channel analytics role

Excellent communication skills and strong relationship builder

Team player with resilience and ability to work with complex information!
