About the Role

We are seeking customer centric Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain the websites for all Pulse Energy brands.

This is a fast-paced role and requires a team player with excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and an ability to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include

Develop and maintain the websites for Pulse Energy’s six brands. This includes managing content up-dates, new page creation and creating customer journeys on Pulse’s websites.

Manage continuous improvement to up-date website content, consistent with SEO best practise.

Implement digital acquisition and lead generation campaigns using marketing automation.

Manage the regular reporting for digital acquisition and website performance, track the effectiveness of Pulse’s websites, report digital acquisition campaign ROI, and share results with key stakeholders.

Produce engaging copywriting for digital communications to enhance the customer experience.

Liaise with external companies.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications

3-5 years in a digital marketing role

Experienced in maintaining and developing website content (Silverstripe CMS experience is desirable but not essential).

Experience building website customer journeys.

Experienced in using marketing automation platforms (Ubiquity Experience is desirable but not essential).

A good understanding of SEO, PPC programmatic/ display advertising, SEM performance, customer segmentation and data analytics.

A good understanding of SEO, PPC programmatic/ display advertising, SEM performance, customer segmentation and data analytics.

Proficient writer with SEO optimisation experience.

Excellent understanding of Google Analytics.

Digital campaign management and reporting experience

Experience briefing agencies / digital partners / working with external partners.
