About the Role
Focusing on service channels, this role creates and optimises content that empowers customers to discover and service their own needs through the digital ecosystem. Channels include mobile apps, global websites, email, kiosks and chatbots.
As a Digital Content Specialist, your role is to bring a new level of content expertise and technical strength to structure, accessibility, discoverability, design, copywriting, strategy, life cycle planning and execution. The user experience and customer journey will be top of mind as you deliver content that informs and delights customers.

3+ years’ experience in creating quality digital content, especially written content..
Strong knowledge of email HTML and experience using a CMS or DXP, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop and the ability to learn new systems and software.
A strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with your team and across business areas.
