The role

The role of the DevOps Engineer is to keep N4L’s application infrastructure and data storage platforms secure, robust, and scalable. The role will also provide tier 2 support in between N4L’s helpdesk and the software engineering team on the applications that are deployed in the managed environment.

Key responsibilities

● Responsible for provisioning, patching, monitoring, fixing, and reporting on the managed infrastructure and platforms, including security enforcement, continual improvements, capacity management, integrations for

Improves the quality and performance of deployed applications.

Adopt configuration management.

Secure access with DevOps secrets management.

Control, monitor, and audit access with privileged access management.

Container Administration.

Firewall configuration.

Create clear and concise documentation for infrastructure deployed.

● Provide key input for Solution Design and Development decisions.

● Integrate and Develop CI/CD tools and processes.

● Integrate and Develop automation tools, services and frameworks.

● Integrate and Develop automation tools, services and frameworks.

● Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.

● Other ad hoc tasks/projects as requested.

Relevant experience and or qualifications

● 3+ years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.

● 3+ years of work experience with network, infrastructure and application security.
