Network for Learning (N4L) is critical to the enhancement of digital technologies for learning, providing equitable digital access to key technologies for kiwi schools.

N4L provides fully funded Safe & Secure Internet for all state and state-integrated schools and kura – connecting ~2,500 schools and kura to their Managed Network - one of the largest networks of their kind. Dubbed by the Ministry of Education, N4L are currently responsible for “NZ’s largest ICT deployment” so there is a huge opportunity to positively affect digital learning outcomes across Aotearoa.

Head office is based in Parnell, with a satellite office in Wellington and offer fantastic WFH flexibility. This role could also be for a senior candidate at slightly reduced hours.

About the Role

As the Design Lead at N4L you will report to the Head of Brand and Customer Marketing and be responsible for championing the brand and strive for design best practice across the organisation

This role is responsible for end to end delivery of all marketing design and production across both graphic and visual design both online and offline, including briefing and liaison with printers and suppliers.

This role contributes to the development and execution of the term-by-term customer marketing communications plan

Works without supervision to design effective on brand communications and assets that are fit for channel, are engaging and resonate with our audience.

Leads the development, implementation, socialisation and enforcement of the Brand Guidelines

Champions appropriate representation of te ao Māori across brand assets.

About You

You will have previous experience designing on brand communications and assets across both online and offline channels using the Adobe Suite, art direction, document layout, infographics, website layout & CMS updates, animation and editing.

You are experienced and confident in designing and producing print-ready governance material within strict timelines, such as Annual Reports.
