About the Role

This role will have you support customers over the phone, determine their requirements, answer inbound calls and provide support based on their requirements. This role will be combination of over the phone and email.

About You

You will be passionate about customer service, administration and enjoy delivering exceptional service. This role would suit someone from either a hospitality, retail or contact centre role looking for a step up or change in role/environment.
