About the role: This is a telephone-based customer service role within an award-winning team, recognised by the 2021 CRM Awards! Your role will be to manage incoming phone calls, assist customers with bookings, and provide first call resolution. You will deliver exceptional service by providing their customers will solutions, accurate information and promoting a positive brand experience.

Day to day responsibilities

Actively listening to customer needs, providing them with effective solutions to queries

Updating customer details and using multiple databases and systems

Escalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing admin assistance

Being an active team player, participating in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the business

Up-sell, cross sell and add value to each interaction

Eliminating stress and provide certainty for customers during the call

Start Date: ASAP (can accomodate notice periods)

Days/ Hours: 40 hours per week, shift options below

Monday to Friday, 10am – 6.30pm or 11am – 7.30pm

Tuesday to Sunday, 10am – 6.30pm or 11am – 7.30pm

Sunday to Thursday, 10am – 6.30pm or 11am – 7.30pm

About You: To be sucessful in this role you will

Have 1-2 years customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)

Have 1-2 years customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)

Have a passion for interacting and learning about people

Have effective communication, questioning and listening skills

Be a strong team player and possess great interpersonal skills

Thrive on working to company targets

Have excellent attention to detail
