About the Role

Handle Inbound customer calls

Assist customers with policy quoting, set-up, cancellation, maintenance & queries

Handle outbound calls regarding upcoming policy renewal or failed premium payments

Customer retention

Send out documentation

Update databases

Respond to customer emails

About You

If you are a customer centric individual with at least 12 months contact centre experience and have a bright and happy phone manner, we would love to hear from you!

You will also have

A minimum of 12 months in a phone-based customer service role

Basic Excel skills

Exceptional phone manner and communication skills (Written/Oral)

Excellent systems and technology skills, especially with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel

A customer centric approach

Sales experience (desirable)

Strong initiative & a positive outlook
