About the Role

This business is in their busiest time of year and they are looking for a customer service assistant to join their team over the summer.

As a customer service assistant, you will primarily be responsible for processing customer orders and accurate data entry.

You will also be responsible for taking phone enquiries from customers, responding to emails and following up with customer orders.

You will be an integral part of the customer experience, especially in terms of seasonal peak periods and ordering for customer events!

About You

Accuracy, initiative and the ability to learn quickly is essential in this role.

I am ideally looking for someone who has come from a customer service or order processing role in either of these industries

Food manufacturing/FMCG

Wine/beverage industry

Any other fast moving consumer/household goods environment

Or tenure and experience in a high end hospitality role!

A solid work ethic, communication skills and a positive attitude are also crucial!

*To be considered for this role, you need to be available to start a role immediately.

*You will also be required to work through the non-stat days between Christmas and New Year.
