About the Role
Due to company growth, a Customer Service Administrator role has become available. Reporting to an experienced manager, you will join a friendly and supportive team and take responsibility of delivering maximum customer satisfaction as well as driving continuous improvement within your team.
Day to day Responsibilities
Manage customer requests and enquiries end to end via email and phone
Health and Safety management
Review policies and compliance
Process Order Quotations
Support wider team with analysis
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Create and reconcile purchase orders while always providing updates to your customer
Create and modify processes to drive efficiencies
Liaise with Credit and Supply Chain Team
