About the Role
The role of Customer Experience Specialist exists to put customers at the heart of everything this company does! Deliver customer experiences that align with the company’s goals, vision, and values!
Your day to day in this role will look as follows
Assisting with customer enquiries over the phone, via email and live-chat
Promote company culture, vision, and values
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance is adhered to
Co-ordinate and schedule service appointments
Resolve customer complaints
You will be required to assist with any additional work in the scope of your role as required.
This role has rostered Monday – Sunday hours starting from 8am. There are fixed shifts. You will be able to discuss the opportunity to work from home at times!

I am looking for someone with previous experience in a contact centre or phone based customer service role and understands what it means to deliver excellent customer service!
In addition to this above, we also look for those who don’t take themselves too seriously, cares about what they do, and someone who isn’t afraid to tackle different customer queries.
You also must be a New Zealand Resident or Citizen and have a clear criminal and credit history.
