About the Role

In this role you will be you will be handling inbound phone and email enquiries.

Seeking candidates to start early August. You will be working standard business hours (40 hours per week). Equipment and in-depth training will be provided.

While this is a temporary role, there is high potential for longer term opportunities in this organisation.

About You

I am looking for people who are confident on the phone and are passionate about looking after their customers!

I am also looking for

Previous call centre experience, retention or sales experience, or experience in a customer-focused role

Someone who is adaptable and open to change

The ability to work to targets and be a self-starter

Excellent communication and empathy
