You’ll be an integral member of the team and will bring your energy and compassion to the customer care team.
About the Role
This role is critical, and you will be responsible for co-ordinating and liaising with clients, suppliers and customers. As part of the customer care team, you will be working with all stakeholders and wider teams to ensure you are able to provide excellent service.
Previous phone-based, Retail or Hospitality experience
Reliability and commitment
High level of resilience and a strong ability to adapt to different situations
Dedication to customer satisfaction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
French or Mandarin as a second language is advantageous
