About the Role

This is an inbound customer service role working on mainly phone and emails. Calls are regarding billing, company sign up or close down of accounts, retention calls, sales and general queries. My client provides energy and gas services to New Zealanders and is known for their friendly service. The Customer Care Agents are responsible for hitting KPIs and targets, experience in working to KPIs is advantageous but not essential.

This role is based in Mount Eden and the hours are Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm. With overtime available, this is optional.

About You

My client has a fun culture so anyone that is keen to come in and work hard but also enjoy a socialising at work will be suitable! We are looking for positive people with a good work ethic. It is also important for the right candidate to be reliable and have great timekeeping skills.

Previous customer service experience from a retail or contact centre background

The ability to learn and navigate systems easily

Ability to retain and communicate a wide range of information to customers

Someone that can think on your feet to deliver solutions to customers

Other crucial requirements are

NZ Citizen or Resident

Clear Criminal History
