About the Role
This is a 5-month fixed term contract starting ASAP and is a mid-level Comms role reporting into the Marketing Communications Manager sitting within the Marketing Communications team.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing communications campaigns and monitoring their performance.
This includes writing communications for mainly external audiences (including government and education sectors) and some internal audiences. This role also has important stakeholder management including coordinating communications with the Transformation team and internal stakeholders. Also working closely with other internal/external Transformation relevant stakeholders to deliver all communications relevant to the project.
So both a creative and stakeholder management role leading a specific project so you will have ownership of this.
Channels for communications include email, intranet, media, external websites, and blog pages.
You will have 4+ years external/internal communication experience within the services sector, ideally within the B2B sector, bonus if you have experience with government and education sectors.
You will be comfortable picking up and managing an entire project/comms campaign end to end with the support of your team. Ensuring best in class campaigns with your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You wil have excellent written and verbal communications with an excellent eye for detail you can review creative, messaging and write copy and ensure content is relevant to the different customer segments.
You will have a great working attitude and organisational skills with the ability to manage stakeholders’ priorities while ensuring the comms are all customer centric with the correct brand tone of voice
You will be collaborative, proactive person with excellent project management and natural relationship building/stakeholder management skills.
You will thrive in a fast paced, complex environment and cross functional teams /stakeholders
