About the Role

Reporting into the Commercial & Franchise Manager, the focus of the role is to drive the sales and quality of service delivery within The Cosmetic Clinic network while assisting with planning, directing and coordinating a local sales strategy to drive revenue, quality of service, customer efficacy and clinic performance.

Your main focus will be to work alongside Franchisee/Clinic Managers to ensure their businesses are profitable and help drive their performance to the highest level through quality advice, training and mentorship.

You will help your network drive growth and profit through management of weekly and monthly monitoring of sales and financial metrics, coaching and training of franchisee management, and ensuring you’re the trusted advisor throughout The Cosmetic Clinic network.

As well as commercial sales analysis, you will also provide strategic input into local area marketing in collaboration with franchisees and the internal marketing team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a good balance of hands-on sales experience, business acumen and financial understanding and have the ability to confidently work in a robust and dynamic industry.

You will be financially literate and have high commercial acumen – you must be able to understand drivers of profit clearly and easily.

Experience working with franchises within a business is a plus!

You will be an excellent communicator and have great people skills with a natural ability to coach, mentor and motivate internal business units.

You will be extremely self-motivated. Although you will work within a supportive team environment, you will be someone who enjoys autonomy and delivering results.
