About the Role

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, the role is to work with Project Managers to lead and, in some instances to be “hands-on” with internal and external communications, and the activities to ensure business readiness to adopt the change.

Create a framework that provides insights into key stakeholder groups, knowledge, and ability gaps, and identify activities that will reinforce adoption of change.

Engage and coach the team and leaders in the business, who are change sponsors and champions.

Work with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan

Create and deliver a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholders

Conduct information gathering workshops with the project team and impacted staff to gain an in-depth understanding of any concerns and/or barriers to change which need to be addressed

About You

We are seeking an innovative thinker, problem-solver and detail-oriented person. Ideally you will

Have a strong relationship management or business engagement background

Be experienced in people management, communication or learning especially in public sector

Have end to end Change management experience, particularly analysis, planning, and implementation of IT solutions adoption

Be an initiative, analytical and problem solver

Have the ability to work within distributed team composed of people from multiple sites in Auckland
