Two year Fixed Term contract
Reporting to the Lead Business Partner this role is responsible for providing strategic change management across large programmes of work that optimise the way this organisation will work.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and support the transition into new ways of working. The Change Manager will be able to meaningfully communicate benefits realisation, positive adoption, utilisation and proficiency of change to key stakeholders and a wide range of audiences through multiple channels and provide thought leadership of change management, bringing the best practice to the projects and organisations.
Lead the Change management workstream
Lead the design, delivery and management of change communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness
Develop a project management framework
Manage stakeholder relationships
We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior change role leading people change.
