About the Role

Reporting into the GM Transformation, this newly created intermediate to senior level role will transform the business and operating models while ensuring implementation of systems and processes to support the overall change.

This will be achieved through targeted change management, designing/developing and delivering the change management program, managing the change journey internally, developing change and training programs with vendors/suppliers while working across multiple workstreams.

You'll need to have worked on a complex change program previously to succeed in this role

Working closely with the Human Resources and Marketing & Communications teams this role is pivotal in terms of building the integrated change, communications and engagement management plan for the program working alongside project and stream leaders.

The other aspect of this role as you’d expect is to then create and lead the stakeholder and communications plan for this program..

This role includes key internal/external stakeholder management to help deliver the change and communications programme.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication and influencing/relationship management skills.

This role is a 2-year fixed term contract starting at the beginning of the discovery stage of this change project so is an exciting time to join. The team will grow during the journey also to help implement the programs of work.

About You

You will be an experienced Change and Communications professional who has experience leading large transformational change on end-to-end business change.

You will have exceptional project management skills, be comfortable working in a complex and ambiguous environment, with a track record of leading and delivering transformation programme strategic initiatives.

You will have led communications strategies and programmes of work implementing communications plans across multiple channels/touchpoints across diverse groups. This includes internal people and external stakeholders with people centred plans.

You will have high EQ, resilience, and exceptional influencing skills.

You will be highly organised with well-honed project management and excellent stakeholder management skills (from C-Suite to all levels internally and externally).

You will be a strong facilitator who can design tailored training programs and change workshops, distilling complex information

You will have excellent relationship management and influencing skills, a person who can read a room and who people like to have around! You will be collaborative and driven by the companies’ mission/values.

You will be innovative in your approach and comfortable with ambiguity. Enjoy being strategic and hands on with strong leadership skills.

You are resilient to high pressure and able to deliver to deadlines while simultaneously maintaining high quality stakeholder engagement.

You will have a good creative eye and attention to detail with the employee/business mission at the heart of all comms

You will have formal qualifications in Organisational Change/Psychology or Business
