Our client has openings for entry level and experienced CNC Technicians to be part of their production team. This is a great opportunity for those who come from an engineering workshop and education background, who are looking to build their engineering experience. This company provides hands on training for newly graduates with a people focused culture as they believe in work-life balance and internal promotion where possible.



Skills and Experiences

On offer for committed and hardworking candidates is a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the industry's best. We are seeking applicants with various levels of experience, but above all else must at least have one or more of the following

Minimum of 6 months experience in operating CNC Machine

CNC job planning, scheduling and checking

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Heavy steel fabrication / welding experience is advantageous

Engineering Education background is advantageous

Any experience of testing standards is useful

Duties of the Role

Studying drawings and specifications to determine a suitable method of operations and machine settings

Operate equipment and machines to cut and create products

Read engineering instructions to prepare pattern mechanisms to control the operation

Cut and shape materials according to the engineering drawings

AutoCad operations
