About the Role

A member of the Business Process team, you will be responsible for managing the processes and projects that cohesively bring our product development to fruition in the hands of our customers and consumers. You will lead and actively manage our closely associated business process of artwork management – working across our technical, product development, marketing, design and procurement teams to evolve an efficient and effective process that caters for all business nuances.

You will also have a key role in helping facilitate and continuously improve the existing product development process - our Bevie-By-Design (Stage & Gate) product development process. Along with this you will also be taking personal responsibility for the launch management of specific projects. Your role will be variable from running projects, assisting with large initiatives, sourcing parts/products and helping evolve our overall processes.

You will be a key part of the team that is responsible for strengthening Bevie’s commercial success through rigour of process in bringing products to market whilst supporting our brand innovation and assisting our speed-to-market.

About You

Ideally, you will come with project management experience from a company where you have been facilitating and working with multiple business functions like marketing, sales, procurement, and supply chain. You will have excellent communication skills and have experience coordinating with stakeholders at all levels cross functionally within your current business. You will be a natural problem solver, relationship builder and be comfortable juggling many responsibilities and tasks to streamline the end result. You’ll be strong with systems and tools and enjoy creating templates and helping to improve business processes and efficiencies.
