The Role

You will be an experienced change manager capable of assessing change impact, creating change strategy and taking the lead on the hands-on change delivery. You will need to build a change management strategy that will have a strong link across internal and external stakeholders that will affect thousands of customers across the New Zealand market.

You will need to bring exceptional EQ, excellent communications planning skills, and complex stakeholder influence and negotiation management.

With a 12 month roadmap, this could be a great opportunity for you with a six-month initial contract with the option for this to be extended.

Essential Skills and Experience

Solid hands-on Business Change Management experience

Strong insurance understanding or similar

Demonstrated success as a Change Manager supporting complex programme's

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders and external third parties

Large enterprise experience

Ability to produce change documentation, including stakeholder maps, change plans and communications
