What you will be doing
As Response Engineer or Service desk analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of service and the second line response for all incoming requests from our client's IT Service’s customers.
What you'll need to be successful
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a high level of customer service skills
Ability and willingness to gain an understanding of our client’s business systems and IT requirements
Experience to Microsoft Server & amp
Exposure to Microsoft Desktop
Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies previous experience.
