This genuinely is a rare opportunity to step into a Customer Growth Partner role within a business that truly makes a difference. To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who understands the importance of growing the community and forging long lasting relationships. This is not a transactional role but a trusted partnership, dealing with people from all walks of life. Specifically you will be meeting business owners & leaders, creating strong partnerships to identify and provide the right capability development solutions.

A little bit about you

You won't have any hesitation reaching out and making connections with business owners and leaders. Not only that, you will identify the best decision makers to connect with and ask the right questions in order to qualify needs. You will be confident in having high level conversations and passionate about your part in growing our clients businesses.

In addition

● 5 years sales experience as a BDM or KAM with experience in gaining and retaining customer confidence

● Experience using Salesforce to manage your leads/pipeline of work and to interpret performance data

● Passionate about Kiwi owned and operated SMEs with proven ability to understand complex business issues and challenges to create commercial win win agreements

● Self directed initiative with the ability to work autonomously setting your own priorities and workloads

● Great technical aptitude

● Confident communicating with senior stakeholders

● Strong business acumen

● High level of resilience and drive

● Goals focused, confident working towards KPIs
