Analyst – BI implementation

Reporting into the CFO of this leading, customer focused technology business, this role will combine your FP&A, analytics and BI experience. This is an integral role that acts as the conduit between Finance and Systems/Business Intelligence, leading the creation of BI reports.
You’ll be responsible for developing financial, budgeting and reporting systems, assisting in the coordination and management of key finance deliverables, drive benchmarking and provide relevant insights, reporting and commentary.
You’ll also liaise with operational stakeholders, in implementing effective reporting, as well as driving delivery of business process improvements in order to improve quality of data and sophistication of analysis.
Additionally, you’ll drive improvements to the firm’s financial systems, including the implementation of BI and maintenance & use of excel models for reporting.
You are an experienced BI/FP&A/Analytics candidate, with a grounding in finance & accounting (including a relevant tertiary qualification) and experience across BI and analytics, preferably in a services environment.
Experience using (or implementing) a BI system is essential, as are advanced Excel skills and exposure to SQL.
Your communication skills (both written & verbal) are exceptional and you’ll have previous, extensive experience within a similar role.
